Delivery Policy
Our Waterboys are sent by courier. We aim to have them delivered to you within 3-4 working days of payment clearing, however, please allow up to 10 working days. We can provide a tracking number upon dispatch. Please provide a delivery address where they is likely to be someone in to receive it, or give instructions of somewhere safe for it to be left. Please also provide a phone number so that we/the courier company can contact you in case of difficulties.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes people change their minds. Orders will be dealt with as soon as possible, so if you wish to cancel, please phone us on 01452 814442 or 0774 5934475 immediately, and as long as we have not despatched the product, you are entitled to a full refund.
Return/Refund Policy
You are entitled to return the product UNUSED within 7 days. Please notify us if you wish to return the product. Products must be returned in the original packing and you will be liable for the cost of returning it to us, and liable for any damage caused in transit. We will be happy to refund the purchase cost (minus the delivery charge) upon receipt and checking of product.
Privacy Policy
Horsewash will not pass your details on to any third parties, we may contact you if we have a new product which we feel may be of interest, if you do not wish to receive any further communication from us, please let us know. We do not store any financial information, all credit/debit card details are destroyed as soon as payment has been accepted.
Product Guarantee
Waterboy's 12 month warranty covers any situation where a mechanical part fails in normal use, (ie when Waterboy is being used as the manufacturer intended). All you need to do is contact us and we will arrange to have the parts replaced free of charge. Of course we can't cover damage to hoses, connectors, sprayhead or other parts which are vulnerable to accidental damage but we offer a full list of replacement parts at very reasonable prices and deliver the parts to your door.
